Why the maximum is 64, not 96

Up to 64 points cover wind and weather only: mean wind, gusts, three-model spread, precipitation and air temperature. The remaining 32 are deliberately unavailable because the model cannot see the surface, restrictions, obstacles or rescue. Winter mode has no green state.

Logmozero, Lake Onega, Tolyatti, Novosibirsk and Erivave in the Murmansk Region are supported by Russian Yachting Federation calendars and reports. Kokkorevo is a local wind-sensor pilot; this service does not verify its ice.
